The page title is the first header level (H1) on a page. So as a rule, use level 2 headers (H2) as the first paragraph levels in a page. An H2 header starts and ends with two equal signs (<nowiki>==</nowiki>)
When using more than three headers, a table of contents appears for the page automatically.
Avoid using more than two header levels. Rather, consider splitting the page into multiple pages.
