''STCV. Bibliography of the Hand Press Book'' is the retrospective bibliography of books printed in the Southern Netherlands until 1801. Flanders Heritage Libraries develops the database in partnership with heritage libraries and other institutions with rare book collections. The descriptions in STCV are based on a proven method of analytical bibliography and are made by physically consulting extant copies. All descriptions are carefully checked by a second cataloguer and therefore highly accurate. The online catalogue can be found on stcv.be.
